Property Access

  • Guests have access to resort amenities, including community beach, pool, mini golf, and spa. Additional costs may apply for certain amenities, and resort rules must be observed by all guests.
  • The home accommodates up to 12 guests. There are 12 Rumbling Bald Resort passes available. A replacement fee of $100 applies for each lost or misplaced resort pass.

Fees and Payments

  • Additional charge of $20 applies per electric vehicle.

  • EV charging is available. Electric vehicles must be charged on the driveway. No parking in the garage.

  • The beach at Rumbling Bald may not be open to the public in 2025 due to lake closure for cleanup efforts from hurricane Helene. All other Rumbling Bald resort amenities are open.
